Once your pet's raw sequencing data is downloaded from the server, the data then goes through our analysis pipeline, so we then have a clear idea if all of our internal sequencing data quality and quantity thresholds are met to generate every part of the report. If there is a gap somewhere, we resend the kit or try to consolidate the data from the first sample with a replacement sample to fill the gap. If there are no gaps, we will generate the report and post it to your Basepaws.com account.
