Unregistered samples will be kept by our lab for 60 days upon receipt. The sample will not be processed until it has been registered under a pet profile in a <a data-sk="tooltip_parent" data-stringify-link="http://Basepaws.com" href="http://basepaws.com/" id="isPasted" rel="noopener noreferrer" style=" text-decoration: none;" target="_blank">Basepaws.com</a> account. If the sample remains unregistered after 60 days, it will be discarded, and customers will be responsible for purchasing a replacement test.
