Thank you for your interest in Basepaws feline health testing. International shipping rates vary by location, and the price is estimated at checkout. Please keep in mind that all Canadian/International customers must provide their own return shipping postage.
Duties and import taxes are calculated and charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
If the postal service loses your order on its way to you, we can send you a one-time free replacement kit. We do see that some carriers in international countries misplace and lose packages from time to time. Keep in mind that if we need to ship a complementary replacement kit internationally, the shipping cost will be non-refundable. If Basepaws ships you a new test kit as a courtesy, shipping will be excluded if you ultimately choose to cancel the test.
A very small handful of orders may inevitably need to be canceled upon order placement due to tentative import/export restrictions. If this happens, you will be contacted and will receive a full refund.
The USPS shipping label on the box is only valid within the United States. When you are sending your sample back to our laboratory from an international country, you may use a mail carrier of your choice, and we highly recommend that you collect a tracking number from the carrier to keep track of your cat's sample's location.
Please always remember to register your Basepaws barcode ID number online. Once the sample has been scanned in at the laboratory, you will be notified by email, and you may also check your online Basepaws account for this status.
