Where do I find my pet's report?Updated 7 months ago

You will find your Basepaws report within your Basepaws account! Upon registering your pet's sample online, you will receive email updates throughout the process. We will notify you by email as soon as the report is posted to this account!

The whole process takes 4-6 weeks from the time the sample arrives at our laboratory.  Samples that have an insufficient amount of DNA will likely take longer than the estimated 4-6 week mark, or we might need to collect another sample. 

If your pet's sample has been processing for more than 6 weeks, please check your email folders for a notification from Basepaws. If you don't see one, please contact our customer experience team at [email protected] and we will assist you right away.

If you cannot log into your account, it's quite possible that you may not have created one, OR there may have been a typo when you first created your account, it happens not too infrequently. 

Don't fret! We'll help walk you through the problem and find a solution. Just send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
