Where will I find my cat's report?

It may be in your account!  Please log in to your account to check if your cat's report has been uploaded. We will notify you as soon as the report is posted to this account.

The whole process takes 4-6 weeks from the time the sample arrives at our laboratory.  Samples that have an insufficient amount of DNA will likely take longer than the estimated 4-6 week mark, or we might need to collect another sample.  

If your cat's sample has been processing for more than 6 weeks, please check your email folders for a notification from Basepaws. If you don't see one, please contact our customer care team at [email protected]!

If you cannot log into your account, it's quite possible that you may not have created one. It's also possible that there may be a typo in the email address used for your account. Don't fret! We'll help walk you through the problem and find a solution. Just send us an email to [email protected], and we will reply within a week, but likely much sooner.

If your cat's report is posted and it appears to be a blank, white page, please contact [email protected] for assistance! Our customer service team can re-load your cat's report in a jiffy! Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause!
