Where will I find my cat's report?Updated 2 months ago
Please log in to your Basepaws account at my.basepaws.com/login to check if your cat's report has been uploaded. We will notify you by email as soon as the report is posted to this account!
The whole process takes 4-6 weeks from the time the sample arrives at our laboratory. Samples that have an insufficient amount of DNA will likely take longer than the estimated 4-6 week mark, or we might need to collect another sample.
If your cat's sample has been processing for more than 6 weeks, please check your email folders for a notification from Basepaws. If you don't see one, please contact our customer experience team at [email protected], and we will assist you right away.
If you cannot log into your account, it's quite possible that you may not have created one, OR there may have been a typo when you first created your Basepaws.com account, it does happen not too infrequently.
Don't fret! We'll help walk you through the problem and find a solution. Just send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If your cat's report is posted and it appears to be a blank, white page, please contact [email protected] for assistance! Our customer service team can re-load your cat's report in a jiffy! Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause!
